The application developed by the Department of Public Safety (SSC) of the Municipality of Puebla is designed to provide timely assistance in situations that endanger the integrity or property of individuals. As part of the Proximity Vectors Strategy, citizens can request support from the Municipal Police by activating a virtual button and observe in real time the arrival of the unit at the specified location, within a maximum period of five minutes. Users can also communicate via telephone with the closest Proximity Vector Officer to their location, who will provide an immediate response to any requests. This application also offers the following services:

• Verification of the status of vehicles entered into the Municipal Vehicle Impound.
• Access to the tariff schedule for violations of the Traffic, Mobility, and Road Safety Regulations.
• 24-hour telephone support service to resolve queries regarding violations of Traffic, Mobility, and Road Safety Regulations.
• Access to the official portal of the Department of Public Safety (SSC), which contains tourist-related information.
• Submission of compliments or complaints about police actions, which will be received by the Internal Affairs Office of the corporation.

The Municipal Government makes this technological tool available to families with the aim of strengthening actions focused on crime prevention and the creation of safer environments.
